As a marine incident investigator and a SME for diving related accidents, the Canada Shipping Act and Criminal Code marine related legislation, Bill is an authority on Risk Management and Accident Causality.  Additionally Bill has a diversity of experience in conducting risk assessments, dive safety plans, quality assurance reports and developing strategic business plans for improving professional development.

 

Bill has provided testimony in all levels of court successfully defending his evidence, demonstrating a thorough and competent understanding of diving law, employer liability and the elements of criminal negligence. These are critical skill sets for an SME when developing professionals in the diving industry. Bill maintains international gold standard accreditations in accident analysis, risk management and his passion for integrating pioneering philosophies have led him to completing a Master's degree in Leadership.
